Please be warned….Our Horror rooms are not recommended for individuals who suffer from heart and/or respiratory conditions, physical ailment, or any type of medical problem, any mental illness, are Claustrophobic, are prone to seizure, or are pregnant. All Players agree to participate in playing X-House games at their sole risk.
To provide an enjoyable and safe experience for all guests, the following Rules are in effect and apply to all customers (without exception).
- You need to arrive 15 minutes before the time of your booking. Being late will eat up from the time of your game. We do this as a courtesy to the next team who will play after you.
- You are required to handle all room items with care. At no point are you to use substantial force. If you deliberately damage something you will be liable to pay for the damages. In addition, X-House reserves the right to charge the guests for any damages resulting from intentional or misuse of items within the rooms.
- It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and shoes since our rooms require physical activities.
- The following is strictly prohibited inside the Game Rooms:
- Profanity and obscene gestures.
- Running, fighting, pushing or any other physical altercations.
- Touching actors.
- Smoking or open flames of any kind.
- Food and/or beverage.
- Sharp and pointed objects (knife, pen, small pins, etc.)
- Any source of light such as mobile phones, smartwatches, pocket flashlights…etc.
- Using damaging force to solve any puzzle, open locks, doors…etc.
- You must deposit any valuable items in the locker at the reception, such as: phones, jewelries, car keys, watches, etc. Management is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left inside.
- You must deposit any type of video or photo devices in the locker located at the reception before entering any of our game rooms. No recording devices of any kind are allowed inside the game rooms.
- All players are required to follow the instructions of our game masters at all times. Failure to follow may result in game disruption without refund.
- You shall not enter any of our game rooms under the influence of alcohol or drugs. X-House reserves the right to refuse your entry to the site.
- X-House reserves the right to stop the adventure at any time.
